General Terms and Conditions (AGB)

1. Scope of Application

The following General Terms and Conditions (AGB) apply to all contracts concluded between YSN Real Estate (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us") and our clients (hereinafter referred to as "client" or "you") in connection with the use of our services on the website ysn-immobilien.de.

By using our website and the services offered, you accept these AGB. Deviating terms from the client will not be recognized unless we explicitly agree to their validity.

2. Services and Subject of the Contract

YSN Real Estate offers services on its website related to the mediation of real estate in Turkey. These services include:

- Mediation of real estate between German buyers and Turkish developers and brokers.

- Advising and assisting buyers with property viewings, selection, and purchase.

- Organizing travel, accommodation, and interpreters in connection with property purchases.

- Development and sale of new buildings in Turkey.

The client has the opportunity to obtain information about the offered real estate projects, contact us, and make an inquiry for a property through our website.

3. Conclusion of the Contract

The contract between the client and YSN Real Estate comes into effect when the client makes an inquiry via the website, contacts us, or makes a binding offer to purchase a property. A binding contract is concluded upon acceptance of the offer by YSN Real Estate. This may also be done by confirming the inquiry via email or another means.

4. Prices and Payment Terms

The prices for the mediation services as well as the offered real estate will be announced on the website or upon request. The mediation fees are not included in the purchase price of the properties but are charged separately and are agreed upon with the respective developers or brokers.

Mediation Fees: Our fees are determined depending on the type of service and the respective agreement with the developer or broker.

Payment Terms: Payment for our services and, if applicable, additional service fees is due upon contract conclusion and must be made before the agreed services are provided, unless otherwise agreed.

5. Obligations of the Client

The client agrees to:

- Use all information received from us solely for the purchase of the property and in connection with the real estate mediation.

- Make all required payments for services and, if applicable, property purchases on time.

6. Liability

Liability for Services: YSN Real Estate is only liable for damages caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct. Liability for minor negligence is excluded, except in cases of injury to life, body, or health.

Liability for Mediated Properties: We do not assume any liability for the quality, condition, or legal status of the mediated properties. Our liability is limited solely to the proper mediation of the properties and the provision of the agreed services. We recommend that the client consults a lawyer or expert locally before purchasing.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Since our services involve the mediation of real estate and are provided individually and customized after the contract is concluded, there is no statutory right of withdrawal. A withdrawal is only possible if both parties agree to it mutually.

8. Data Protection

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our privacy policy, which you can view on our website. Your data will be used solely for the performance of our services and to fulfill the contract.

9. Changes to the AGB

10. Final Provisions
